Success is measured by individual performance metrics.
Scenario B – Product Development Team
A cross-functional team is working on a new app feature. Designers, developers, and product managers meet daily to align progress and solve problems together. When a developer hits a roadblock, the designer adjusts their workflow to help. They co-create solutions, and everyone feels responsible for the success of the release.
